    The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and had a peaceful location near the subway. the staff were really helpful and attentive, assisting us with an early check-in. the room was a great size and had a private bathroom, electric kettle, and fridge.

    Appreciated our stay at this quiet and great hotel, it was enjoyable! The location was favourable and incredible, nearby a port, if you need it. Plus the venue was near eateries and coffee house. The service was outstanding, we had an incredible breakfast.

    I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The room I stayed in was absolutely lovely and spacious. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I arrived last minute and booked through a website, but they had all my details ready and waiting for me. They even helped me print out a ticket that I needed for an event I was attending. This level of service really impressed me and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

    I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. You will not be disappointed!

    The hotel's location near the train station offers convenience, with easy access to the city's attractions, restaurants, and shopping center. the restaurant on the 17th floor provides excellent views of the city during breakfast. Rooms are well, maintained and provide adequate space, along with a minibar and a reliable Wi, Fi connection.

    We loved the location of the hotel. It was easy to get around as it was next to the train station and located near many tourist spots. We enjoyed exploring Chinatown and the port area, just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the variety of breakfast options and the helpfulness of the staff.

    Couldn't find any faults at all.

    It was close to major tourist spots and shopping malls. We were able to walk to all the places without any trouble. the views from the breakfast area were amazing! We also enjoyed the warm Japanese toilet seats, it was a unique experience. the staff was super helpful and efficient. Had a great time overall! the room was a bit old-fashioned and not very well-maintained. There were leftover things from previous guests under the bed, which was a little gross. the air conditioning was not functioning properly, and it took a day to notice and rectify the problem. the staff responded quickly and moved us to a new room which was larger than the previous one. the bathroom amenities were basic, but that's how it is in Japan. a good option for people who don't spend much time in the room.

    Spent Christmas in Japan and stayed at a hotel near a great shopping district with lots of dining options. The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly.

    The room was quite small and outdated. The bed was uncomfortable and we had trouble sleeping.
